How do I get on the Web?
The process is not that painful really! Following the procedures below will help to ensure that all the elements that are required to successfully promote your business are included. It helps us considerably to assess your requirements and for you to understand the process if you see how companies operating in your field already work on the web.
Planning
Firstly and most importantly you must have a set of goals which you wish to attain. These goals will affect the information and graphical content of your site and the way that it is formatted and produced. You may be looking to improve general awareness of the availability of your products/services or you may wish to use the site to target a specific audience or for direct product marketing.
Data Preparation
In most circumstances the core content for the site can be developed from a selection of the following material:
Brochures and Catalogues.
Promotional Material.
Product and Service information.
Existing Artwork.
Electronic Data / Existing product databases where applicable.
Site Design
At this stage the requirements for your site should be well established. We are able to take these and provide you with a template which covers the main aspects of your site, look-and-feel, navigation and content display. At this stage any major changes are easy to make prior to completion and final acceptance and testing.
Roll-out
Once completed the site is ready to go online.
Domain name registration
Site installation
Client site Integration (as necessary).
